service or repair request, you an expect:

Convenient Service
HoursWe are open from 6:30 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m.
Alternate Transportation
We provide
rides to and from the Lisle train station, FREE shuttle rides within a
10 mile radius.
Rental
Cars*
A complimentary 24 hour rental car will be
provided (must be scheduled in advance) if reserved during any factory
scheduled maintenance while in warranty. If your vehicle is out of
warranty, you can still reserve a complimentary rental car by having
maintenance or repairs made that total 2 or more labor hours. (See your
service consultant for details.)

No
appointment is necessary for this convenient service. We can perform 8
different services: Tire replacement, balancing & rotation,
lube, oil & filter, exterior lighting replacement, brake
service, batteries, filters, & exhaust systems. Don't Call, Just
Come In!
Mobile Technician
Service
We can come to your home or
office and perform many different services that were previously only
available at a Volvo Dealership. ($75.00 Destination Fee) (See mobile
Technician brochure for details.)
Valet Service
We
can come to your home or office, pick up your vehicle, perform the
necessary services, and drop the vehicle back off at your home or office
($30.00 Fee).
Appointment
Process
There are a few ways you can schedule an
appointment with us. Click on the Parts/Service tab at the top of the
page and then select Service Appointment on the drop down menu, e-mail

Service Hot-line at 630-852-9500.
Service Drive
When
you bring your car in for service, just pull into our convenient Service
Drive. Our nationally recognized Volvo Service Consultants will address
your vehicle's needs. If you have any special concerns, we have our
Shop Foreman available for test drives and
consultation.
Fixed Right the First Time
Help us repair
your Volvo right the first time. It can be very difficult diagnosing
and repairing concerns such as noises, leaks, & drive-ability
issues, etc. Please click on the link below, print out and fill out the
appropriate diagnostic worksheet, and bring it with you when you come in
for service.
